Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder (With Investment) at Shopperji. As a Co-Founder, your day-to-day tasks will include strategic planning, business development, financial management, team building, and overseeing operations. You will work closely with the founding team to drive growth and shape the vision and direction of the company. While this role is primarily located in Kolkata, there is flexibility for some remote work. We are searching for a dynamic and visionary Co-Founder to join our team and drive the future of our revolutionary e-commerce platform.
We are seeking individuals with demonstrated expertise in following areas:
Business, Marketing, Sales: Experienced in driving business growth, developing marketing strategies, and building sales channels. A strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and brand positioning is essential.
Project Management, Technology, Development, AI, ML: Proficient in leading technology initiatives, overseeing product development, and implementing AI and ML solutions. A background in project management, software development, and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
Finance and Operations: Skilled in financial planning, budgeting, and operations management. Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and scaling operations is a plus.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in one of the specified areas: Business, Marketing, Sales, Project Management, Technology, Development, AI, ML, Finance, or Operations.
6-8 years of proven track record of success in leadership roles within the e-commerce industry or related fields.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to the company's mission and values.
Analytical Skills, Research, and Sales skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in marketing and business development.
Proven track record of successful strategic planning, strong leadership and team management abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive innovation.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Technology, Finance or related field
