Job Title: Sr.Salesforce Developer

Bangalore location, 5+ years of experience required.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer/Administrator who possesses a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, knowledge of the SAFE Agile framework, and the ability to drive both functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuration and Customization : Configure and customize the Salesforce platform according to business requirements.
  • SF Agile Framework Expertise : Understand and participate in the SAFE Agile framework and related SAFe events.
  • Salesforce Design and Architecture : Apply expertise in Salesforce CRM design and architecture to solve complex business needs.
  • Business and Technical Requirements : Contribute to determining business, functional, and technical requirements, and participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshooting and Analysis : Utilize strong triaging, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and impact analysis capabilities.
  • Test Development and Execution : Assist in developing, executing tests, and producing necessary documentation.
  • Project Management : Prior experience in CRM-based product development in large projects is highly preferred. Create timelines and set development goals to meet business needs.
  • Platform Support and Enhancement : Develop and perform any required support, enhancements, and bug fixes for the Salesforce platform.
  • Application Stability and Functionality : Ensure the stability and functionality of the application through comprehensive testing.
  • Technical Assistance and Troubleshooting : Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and support issues.

  • Salesforce Platform Configuration and Customization : Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration and customization.
  • SF Agile Framework Knowledge : Good understanding of the SAFE Agile framework and its principles.
  • Salesforce Architecture and Design : Expertise in Salesforce architecture, functional design, and troubleshooting.
  • CRM-Based Product Development : Proven track record in CRM-based product development for large projects.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
  • Project Planning and Delivery : Ability to create clear timelines and development goals for successful project delivery.
