Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and other financial transactions.Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial support and analysis for decision-making purposes.Assist with external audits and tax filings, providing documentation and support as required.Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices and recommend updates to policies and procedures as needed.Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
