We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Sales Intelligence team. This role plays a crucial part in driving the success of our sales teams by providing valuable insights and strategic recommendations based on:
- Comprehensive market research,
- Company/Account research (priority accounts, new pursuits, etc.),
- Strategy development (large deal strategies, executive engagement approaches, winning tactics, etc.), and
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis.
The ideal candidate will be part of the Sales Intelligence team and responsible for:
- Performing extensive research on account intelligence and recommending opportunity areas to the sales leaders and senior management.
- Evaluating market trends, customer behavior, and delivering competitor insights through in-depth research and analysis.
- Utilizing both quantitative and qualitative analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Summarizing and analyzing data from various sources, identifying key trends, patterns, and insights.
- Providing well-structured reports and recommendations to senior management based on research findings.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies aligned with market research.
- Handling and manipulating large datasets, connecting data points to generate meaningful insights.
- Socializing insights and recommendations with the sales leaders and their teams and driving further action items.
4-8 years of previous work experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
Professional Skills:- Experience working across industries; specific expertise in Mining, Energy, Utilities, Industrials, and Manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in data analytics, both quantitative and qualitative, and the ability to derive valuable insights from complex datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills are an added advantage. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a strong plus.
