About the role: At Byldd, we’re proud to work with early-stage founders and develop innovative products. We’re looking for a person for the founder's office role to help us continue to grow the business. You will be involved in all aspects of the business’s operations, including sales, marketing, product development, internal process and policy development, and more. Responsibilities: Develop and implement growth strategies in collaboration with the founder and senior leadership team. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends. Oversee strategic projects and initiatives from development through successful execution. Foster relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients. Monitor and analyze the performance of growth initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. Provide insights and recommendations to the founder on business development, market trends, and potential expansion areas. Manage and optimize operational processes to support business growth. Represent the founder's office in internal and external meetings and events. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in growth, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a growth-focused role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment  Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. High level of adaptability and comfort with ambiguity and change. Solid understanding of industry-specific knowledge, if applicable.
