Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Delhi, India. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will involve managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and communicating with the target audience. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive online engagement.


Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
  • Social Media Content Creation and Marketing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in creating engaging social media content
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and strategies
  • Ability to analyze data and track social media metrics
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Managing our Social Media Handles.
  • Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
  • Experience in web analytics and online marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights
  • Experience with email marketing and lead generation


What you’ll do:

  • Develop and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms to captivate audiences and encourage interaction.
  • Curate a diverse selection of posts to ensure our social media presence remains fresh and engaging.
  • Write compelling copy for various social media posts that effectively communicate our brand's message and values. Utilise Canva's design tools to create visually appealing graphics tailored for Instagram, Facebook and posts.
  • Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all social media channels.
  • Collaborate on multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Contribute to shaping and upholding the company's visual identity and brand coherence across various platforms.
