Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Customer Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer support. They will also engage in daily communication with clients, analyze customer needs, and work collaboratively across departments to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Customer Support and exceptional Communication skills
  • Proven Analytical Skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred
