Construction Industry Profile - Billing & Planning Engineer (Must RE Wall Exp) Qualification - B.Tech / Diploma - Civil Experience - Min 3+ years of experience in billing and project planning in construction projects (with at least 2 years in RE Wall projects) Salary- Upto 6 LPA Location - Jaipur Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning & Billing Engineer to join our infrastructure project team, with a focus on Reinforced Earth (RE) Wall projects. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to project planning, scheduling, and client billing, specifically in highway or infrastructure works involving RE Walls. Key Responsibilities: Planning & Scheduling: Develop and update project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera (P6). Prepare and track baseline & revised schedules in coordination with the site team. Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and recommend corrective measures. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports. Billing & Documentation: Prepare running and final bills as per contract terms (RA Bills). Quantification and reconciliation of work executed on-site. Verify subcontractor bills and prepare certifications. Prepare and maintain measurement sheets (MBs) and BOQs. Coordinate with clients and consultants for bill approvals. Technical Coordination: Read and interpret construction drawings related to RE Wall structures. Coordinate with the design and site execution teams for technical clarity. Assist in quantity estimation and budget control. Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain proper documentation of work executed (daily logs, progress photos, etc.) Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications. Assist in preparation of claims, variations, and cost control documentation. Coordinate With .
