Senior Product Designer

About the role:
We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer/ Design Lead to join our team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of one of our new endeavors from concept to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-friendly solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of user-centered, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces that enhance the overall user journey and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to delivery, including research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions and innovate on potential features.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design concepts and solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, and incorporate them into our design processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and past projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Knowledge of the latest Figma features is a must.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating innovative and impactful user experiences.
- Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment following a rapid iterative design approach.
