Product support specialist

Job Description
Review the content on the platform based on the specified guidelines with desired quality
• Understand the customer's review, and moderate as per the SOP.
Day-to-day moderation of customer reviews, triaging customer support inquiries, answering product questions, enlisting assistance from SMEs for complex queries, connecting the “right” people to issues that arise, etc.
Tickets handling and emails and resolving their concerns with respect to the reviews.
Work towards providing an excellent customer experience by going the extra mile on every interaction.
Maintain overall customer satisfaction levels to ensure a continuous relationship with Practo.
Ensure complete documentation of all activities undertaken with respect to the ticket or call log.
Must have Excellent Communication.
Must have Basic Computer knowledge - MS office tools and Google spreadsheets are a plus.
Good to have experience in a customer-facing environment.
Adhere to the Process defined in both Operations and internal quality legend
Demonstrate good product knowledge through a monthly quiz
Must have:
Should be able to communicate clearly
Languages - English, Hindi, English, Telugu
Should have a good understanding of Practo products
Should be aware of all the Processes and Policies of the supporting products
Nice to have:
Min 1 year of experience
Work experience in working/ connecting with Doctors
