Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee intercompany reconciliations to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies between subsidiaries.
  • Lead a team responsible for record-to-report (RTR) activities, providing guidance on accounting policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by reviewing statutory reports and schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to general ledger maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 12-20 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR), Team Management, Intercompany Reconciliation, Month End Closing roles.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards and US GAAP principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in SAP FICO module or similar ERP systems.
