Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to foster a positive work environment. Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to coordinate activities and achieve overall business goals. Visit and liaise with government agencies or corporate offices to obtain licenses, permits, and other required documents for the operation of the hospital. Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and certifications to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Evaluate and recommend changes to existing processes and systems to enhance operational performance. Develop and manage operational budgets, forecasting expenses and allocating resources accordingly. Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in operations.
