Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer

Location: Hyderabad

Work Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, including email marketing, automation, and CRM integration.

Job Summary:

Quadrantech is looking for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team and drive the development of marketing automation solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), AMPscript, data management, and marketing automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement, maintain, and optimize email marketing and automated campaigns for our U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain marketing automation solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Content Builder, and Mobile Studio.
• Implement AMPscript for personalization and dynamic content within SFMC emails and landing pages.
• Manage data extensions, SQL queries, and the data import/export process to ensure effective data management and segmentation.
• Design and build email templates, landing pages, and customer journeys using HTML, CSS, and SFMC tools.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute complex customer journeys and automated campaigns using Journey Builder.
• Analyse campaign performance using SFMC reporting tools and provide recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and apply best practices to improve email deliverability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues within SFMC, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing automation solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) tools such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio.
• AMPscript: Proficiency in AMPscript for email personalization and dynamic content creation.
• Data Management: Solid experience with data extensions, SQL queries, and managing data import/export within SFMC.
• HTML/CSS: Experience in creating and customizing email and landing page templates using HTML and CSS.
• Marketing Automation: Proven experience in building and optimizing customer journeys and automated campaigns within SFMC.
• Compliance: Understanding of email marketing compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices for deliverability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist).
• Experience with CRM integrations and API integrations within SFMC.
• Familiarity with server-side JavaScript for SFMC integrations and custom solutions.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions within SFMC.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketers, developers, and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
