Role Description

Perform daily account management across search engines & social platformsMonitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance following client goals. (Google Analytics, etc)Identifying and creating a performance marketing strategy & execution planManaging budgets and campaigns across all Paid channels to drive strong ROIEnsuring successful planning, execution, and optimization of paid adsIdentifying and testing new paid channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics of growth and ROIDraft creative briefs for graphic designers for creatives that might be needed for ad campaigns.Challenge and inspire teams to think differently about media channels and platformsPerform targeting exercises and develop deep human insights to inform ways in which creative and media can connect with audiencesSet up reports using tools like Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, etc.Set up processes & documentation for activities like ad campaign setups, optimizations, etc.

Qualifications

Experience with digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and analysisAbility to identify and act on campaign optimization opportunities based on data-driven insightsStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google SheetsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a collaborative team environmentExperience in the e-commerce industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
