15+ yearsResponsibilitiesAs a Delivery Manager (Data Solutions), you will be primarily responsible for implementing data and BI solutions for internal and/or external customers and manage the team operations and reporting related to the project. You will be required to engage actively with stakeholders across the globe in delivering IT requirements for different projects through its lifecycle. You will be responsible for the management of operations and will be working in a fast-paced environment solving unique and challenging problems and removing any impediments to project execution.Key AccountabilitiesCollaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to support conceptualization of products, produce concept papers and build business case and project planArticulate delivery approach / framework to both business & IT/Digital stakeholders across UK, India and Singapore and at low/mid/senior levels, from concept phase through build and deployment to support phase, gain their confidence and concurrenceManage IT pre-requisites and proactively manage risksMonitor and communicate delivery progress to all stakeholders, take corrective action as required; garner stakeholder support through the appropriate channels to resolve blockers and issuesAdhere to project management standard , reporting and governance standards and ensure stakeholder approval / concurrence is secured in timely fashionBe the single point of contact for local operations and ensure the reporting are done as required at leadership, business, and project levelsOperate simultaneously in waterfall, agile and DevOps methodologies as applied to different work streams in a programmeComfortable with demanding customer interaction and facilitating technical discussions with internal and external stakeholdersManage collaborative relationships with other functions in the business, partners, and the ecosystem to ensure a successful delivery

Key skills and Technical Competencies

Degree level education in Management, Science, Mathematics or Engineering or equivalent15+ years in a software delivery or management advisory role of which 4+ years managing end-to-end data / BI solution delivery for at least 2 large scale engagements in tightly regulated industryManaged delivery of multiple end-to-end solutions, from concept to deployment, for green field and brown field solutions in IT / Digital solution landscape using internal and external teamsExpert understanding of Project management frameworks such as Prince2 / PMP / APMP and their application in IT / Digital solution delivery spaceBusiness analysis / Design Thinking frameworksTeam management in Digital solution delivery spaceAgile methodologiesExperience of Digital and analytics technologies in delivering data / BI solutionsleading 10+ member teams at a mid/senior level as well as training and developing othersworking in IT consulting or technology services environmentCloud infrastructureITIL or other support frameworksidentifying, mapping and implementing business transformation solutions by working closely with client organizationsExposure to Aviation, Engineering and Defence Industries is desirableUnderstanding of operations and different aspects to run seamless day to day operationsLead from front and relish working on tight timelines ensuring no quality compromiseExcellent communication skills and user empathising skills
