Job Title: Marketing Associate – Community Management

Mode of Work - WFO

12 + Month Contract position




The candidate in this role will lead all execution of building various communities for Client. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in strategy by conducting thorough customer and market research, leading GTM execution, managing internal stakeholders for execution and approvals, and analyzing the results for KPI tracking and marketing effectiveness.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis of industry trends, and market dynamics, to identify new opportunities and best practices in community building.
  • Invest in learning and engage on the topics on which the communities are built on.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop partnership agreements, joint business plans, manage targets, including terms of partnerships, and financial agreements.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for building and managing communities and ensure the annual targets are met.
  • End-to-end project management of all operations, including but not limited to, vendor management, finance reporting, market research, creative checks, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, tech, digital marketing, creative, content, and external partners to drive the successful launch and promotion of communities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, internal stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful collaboration and execution.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, do RCA of problems and roadblocks, and make data-driven recommendations for solutions.
