Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with our business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
  • Perform unit testing and troubleshooting of applications and integration processes.
  • Develop and implement new Salesforce applications and enhancements.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the application software.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to define and document technical requirements.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Ensure the best possible quality, performance, and responsiveness of the applications.
  • Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and the Salesforce API.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification is preferred.
