Job Title: Procurement/Sourcing Specialist (Electrical & Electronics Background)
Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers Welcome)
Procurement/Sourcing Specialist with an electrical and electronics background.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage purchase orders for electrical and electronics & mechanical components.
Communicate requirements to suppliers, place orders, and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of components.
Ensure all procured materials meet required specifications and quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Work closely with engineering, production, and finance teams to align procurement activities with project needs.
Ensure procurement processes align with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years
Skills: Strong negotiation and communication. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Understanding of electrical and electronic components. Familiarity with EV/EVSE is an added advantage.
