The role

of the

SAP Technical Architect

is responsible in the technical solution designing of SAP platform, like integrations, programming structure, basis, system performance tuning, database management etc.

In return Dormer Pramet offers an opportunity for you to grow and develop your skills and knowledge with one of the world’s leading engineering groups.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESStudy and understand the business process and architecture related to SAP ERP system.Analyze the gap between new requirements against current solutions to develop technical specification.Deliver the technical solutions in SAP in line with the alignment of IT solution.Monitor the platform to secure the technical solutions running smoothly with high performance.Provide guidance and support to other architect on SAP Technical solutions.Design, create and test programs and application in SAP environment when needed.Develop associated documentation.Participate in team activities and team planning with the aim of improving team skills, awareness, and quality of work.Support tests of the system to make sure it accomplishes business requirements.Carry out necessary activities to secure the health status of SAP platform.Manage the capacity of the technical resources of SAP.Management the foundation modules or functionalities of SAP platform, like BASIS, CPI, scheduled jobs, etc.Manage vendors of the designated area.PROFILEProven experience (5+ years) in IT development, SAP platform maintenance and administration.A degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Knowledge IT and business processesKnowledge SAP as developer, DBA, SAP ECC R/3 and SAP S/4 HANA is preferred.Overview of relational databasesIT communications & integrations, BTP, Integration suite (SCPI)Knowledge Windows and Office 365English advanced or Full professional proficiencyGood communication skillsABOUT USDormer Pramet is a global manufacturer and supplier of tools for the metal cutting industry, and we have a truly international presence with four production units and sales offices in 20 countries.
