Responsibilities:

  • Workclosely with business stakeholders to gather and analyserequirements for Microsoft Dynamics CRMimplementation.
  • Designand configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet businessrequirements including custom entities workflows business processflows and other declarativefeatures.
  • Collaboratewith Microsoft Dynamics developers to design and implement customsolutions using .NET JavaScript and other programminglanguages.
  • Conductuser training sessions and create documentation to ensuresuccessful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics CRMsolutions.
  • Provideongoing support and maintenance for existing Microsoft Dynamics CRMimplementations including troubleshooting issues and optimisingsystemperformance.
  • Staycurrent with Microsoft Dynamics updates new features and bestpractices to recommend and implement continuousimprovements.
  • Assistin data migration activities ensuring data integrity andconsistency within the Microsoft Dynamicsplatform.
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and customerservice to align Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions with businessprocesses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Systems or relatedfield.
