We enable your best to power our future.  ABOUT THIS JOB We are in search of an experienced SAP FICA Consultant who is passionate about SAP transformation and technology. You'll be instrumental in shaping FICA optimizing processes, orchestrating organizational transformations, and implementing and supporting management systems. RESPONSIBILITIES As a SAP FICA professional, you will be deeply involved in (but not limited to): Proven ability to work on both SAP S/4HANA & FICA solutions. Extensive experience in the SAP FICA module including configuration experience and integration with other Modules (FICO, SD )  Extensive knowledge in FICA configuration- Main Sub Transactions, Open Item Management, Bank Statements, Direct Debit, Payments, Returns, Interest charges, Credit Management, Closing Process, analyzing issues in the Billing & Invoicing process etc. Additional Knowledge of BRIM, RAR, API and Fiori Apps would be an added advantage Knowledge of integration with third-party payment gateways. Hands-on implementation and support activities of SAP FICA solutions with a primary focus on E2E SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment. You will provide next-level innovative consulting/business need solutions to our business Users to run the projects and be involved in service offerings and business growth.  Lead initiatives in partnership with multiple stakeholders to develop overall FICA transformation and architecture strategy.  Discussion with Business, Gathering Business Requirements, Preparation of Business Blueprint Documents / Functional Specifications / User Manual/Test Cases and Results.  Training to End Users and internal team. Should be able to work with business processes to develop and analyze SAP application tool needs and determine optimum functionality requirements to meet those needs. Ability to work effectively in a diverse and globally dispersed virtual team environment, collaborating with other team members. A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU Is looking forward to hiring seasoned SAP FICA professionals who thrive on challenges and desire to make a real difference in the business world.  QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3-5 years experience with SAP FICA A minimum bachelor's degree in Accounts and additional professional add-ons like CA/ICWA/MBA will also be considered. (Accounting background will be preferred ) Minimum of 5 years of SAP overall experience supporting and Implementing SAP Modules  Experience in the FICO Module will be an advantage Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time Understanding of accounting business processes Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others Must be results-oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness SAP FICA certification is highly desirable.
