Client Success and Client Engagement Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Client Success and Engagement Manager to become part of our team. This pivotal role involves championing the satisfaction and success of our clients during their experience with Alphastream.ai. Your primary responsibilities will include building strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, delivering outstanding support, and fostering engagement to optimize their use of our offerings.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact
• Onboard new clients effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation process.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
• Proactively monitor client usage and engagement levels; identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Support to resolve client issues promptly.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to review performance and uncover areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Gather client feedback and communicate it internally to inform product development and service enhancements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role within the fintech industry.
• Preferred Domain experience: Private credit , debit capital markets , Financials data
• Knowledge on AI, automation, digital transformation is preferred.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving retention and growth targets. • Strong understanding of financial products/services and familiarity with fintech trends.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certifications in client success or project management (e.g., CSPO, PMP) a plus.
