Job Title: Nanny (Infant Care Specialist) for 6-Month-Old Daughter

Location: Shamshabad (Jalapalli)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Live-In/Live-Out

Salary Range: ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience)


Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly skilled nanny specializing in infant care to provide dedicated care for our 6-month-old daughter. The ideal candidate will haveadeep understanding of infant development, excellent caregiving skills, and the ability tocreateanurturing and safe environment that supports the baby's growth and well-being. This roleiscritical in ensuring our daughter receives the highest standard of care during her formativemonths.


Key Responsibilities:


Infant Care and Development: - Daily Care Routines: Manage all aspects of the baby’s daily care, including feeding (bottleandsolids as appropriate), diaper changes, bathing, dressing, and ensuring a consistent sleepschedule. - Developmental Support: Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities that stimulate cognitiveand motor development. This includes tummy time, sensory play, and introducing basic concepts through songs, reading, and gentle interaction. - Feeding and Nutrition: Prepare and administer bottles and meals according to the baby’sfeeding schedule. Ensure proper nutrition and hydration, adapting as the baby’s dietary needsevolve. - Sleep Management: Establish and maintain a healthy sleep routine, including naps andbedtime. Monitor sleep patterns and adjust as needed to ensure the baby is well-rested.


Qualifications: Educational and Professional Background: - Experience: At least 5 years of experience in infant care, with a strong track record of workingwith babies of a similar age. - Specialized Training: Formal training in early childhood development, infant care, or a relatedfield is highly desirable. - Certifications: Current certification in infant CPR, first aid, and choking prevention is required. Skills and Attributes: - Expertise in Infant Development: In-depth knowledge of infant developmental stages, withtheability to support physical, cognitive, and emotional growth. - Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing the baby’s daily care, hygiene, and health needs, with a focus on creating a safe and nurturing environment. - Nurturing and Patient: A warm, caring personality with the patience to handle the uniquechallenges of infant care.
