Position Overview

As a member of the Immigration Case Support team, you will directly support our Newland Chase
Operational teams, providing timely and accurate administrative and client support in order to meet
internal metrics and deliver on our customer commitment. 
Duties and Responsibilities
• Work closely and seamlessly with Newland Chase Consultants to support client needs
• Monitor draft requests to complete the application drafts within the time frame per the
Service Level Agreements
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking
output before the draft application is returned to the Consultant Support
• Utilize the ASF and correct client documents/personal information to complete accurately
in line with the applicant’s passport and personal documentation.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality, ensuring secure document handling and protection
of client Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and all other data
• Complete all work in strict compliance with law, regulations, and company policies,
supporting CIBT’s and Newland Chase’s strong ethical culture
• Ensure that the appropriate client records are established and maintained, and that key
correspondence and documentation is saved into in Newland Chase secure database in
accordance with company protocol
• Assist with other department activities as needed, and performing additional duties and
responsibilities as assigned

Education and Qualifications (E = Essential | D = Desirable)

• Graduate (Any Stream) with a minimum of 2 years of data entry experience (E)
• Results oriented and operates with a strong level of accountability (E)
• High standards and integrity coupled with excellent attention to detail and
organisational skills (E)
• Proficiency/fluency of English language, spoken and written (E)
• Strong focus with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; proactive
approach to addressing and communicating issues, providing feedback and
solutions
• Ability to be flexible with scheduling based on business needs
• Excellent time management and planning skills required (E)
• Immigration case management/immigration support experience (1-2 years) (D)
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills within a fast-paced environment
