As a Recruitment Lead in Gurugram, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic recruiting team from the office overseeing delivery across diverse industry verticals. The lead must blend people management, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen with hands-on recruiting expertise and strategic vision to drive a high-performance recruitment organization.
Experience & Qualifications
5-6 years'
proven success in recruitment consulting or RPO environments: Track record with recognized recruiting firms or in a dedicated RPO function, covering process delivery, strategic client partnering, and hands-on placementsP&L Management & Revenue Achievement: s
trong experience owning team/division-level profit & loss, budgeting, and driving sustained business growth and profitability. Must have delivered at least $3M+ in recruitment/consulting revenue per annum, demonstrating best-in-class billings and client acquisitionStakeholder Management:
Demonstrated ability to manage and delight demanding clients and internal leadersTeam Leadership
: Experience leading, mentoring, and developing recruitment teams of 8-10Hands-on Recruiter:
Ability to actively source and close roles as a leader, not just delegate, ensuring practical, up-to-date knowledge of modern recruiting tools and channelsDiverse Hiring Across Levels:
Proven ability to hire from entry-level to executive across multiple industries/sectors, showing adaptability to diverse hiring mandates
