Location: Lucknow (On-site)
At Saveit, we are building Bharat's most innovative fintech + lifestyle savings platform, empowering users with gift cards, local offers, UPI-led solutions, and digital credit products.
As part of the Founder's Office – Admin, you will work closely with the Founder & CEO and leadership team to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, compliance, and strategic execution. This role demands high ownership, agility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the Founder's Office.
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and incubators for seamless execution of projects.
Manage schedules, documentation, and communication on behalf of the leadership.
Support in grant applications, investor decks, reports, and compliance filings.
Assist in onboarding, vendor management, and office operations.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all workflows.
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Hindi).
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
Prior experience in startup admin, operations, or EA/PA roles is preferred.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
