Job Summary:

The Equity Dealer will be responsible for doing in depth equity research, carrying out technical & fundamental analysis, executing equity trades. The Candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to make informed decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Carrying out technical & fundamental analysis, detailed monitoring and analyzing market trends, financial news, and economic data to make informed trading decisions.
  • Trade Execution: Execute buy and sell orders for equities & ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Interaction with Other Players: Communicate with other market participants & understand the market scenario to find opportunities & enhance portfolio performance.
  • Risk Management: Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential losses and enhance portfolio performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on trading activities, market conditions, and portfolio performance to the management.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, financial products, and trading technologies to continuously improve trading strategies and practices.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications etc.

Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an Equity Dealer/Research Analyst or in a similar trading role.

Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of technical & fundamental analysis
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.
