Job Summary:

Aruwa Interior is looking for a dynamic and confident Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage queries effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and solutions offered by Aruwa Interior.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
  • Resolve queries, handle complaints, and escalate issues when required.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduate in any stream.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Prior experience in voice process / customer support will be an advantage.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and customer handling ability.
