**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and solutions offered by Aruwa Interior.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
- Resolve queries, handle complaints, and escalate issues when required.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Graduate** in any stream.
- Excellent **verbal communication** skills in Hindi & English.
- Prior experience in voice process / customer support will be an advantage.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer handling ability.
