This role will require the individual to organize industry-centric events, attract new recruiters, and foster a proactive environment for students to connect with industry professionals. The Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the placement and industry engagement efforts of AIB.Qualifications:- B. Sc./B. Tech. in any discipline of Life Sciences and M. Sc. in Biosciences & Biotechnology or MBA.Desirable Qualifications:- Candidates should have experience in university system or from industry who used to develop B2 B relationships.Experience:- Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant fields.Job Responsibilities:- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with existing corporate partners to facilitate student placements.- Collaborate with academic departments to understand the specific requirements and preferences of students.- Plan, organize, and execute industry-focused events such as career fairs, workshops, and networking sessions.- Coordinate guest lectures, panel discussions, and seminars featuring industry experts to enhance students' industry knowledge and networking opportunities.- Competencies in Relationship Building, Networking and Outreach.Contact Person:Sushil Kumar Singh,Dy.
