We are committed to building meaningful careers and place the highest priority on the well-being of our team.Role OverviewRole Name: Plant HRBPReporting to: Lead HR-ManufacturingKey Responsibilities- Managing complete Recruitment Life Cycle including Manpower planning, resourcing both internal & external manpower, identifying the possible sources, selecting the best candidate and negotiating & fitting them at right place at right time.- Aligned with business to understand the business needs in terms of HR supports, manpower requirement, making organization structure defining job descriptions for all unique positions.- Managing HR Operations and employee relations across manufacturing plant.- Supporting through key people topics like manpower budgeting, performance management, internal job opportunities.- Employees connect and employee engagement.- Managing employee communication and rewards & recognition.- Supporting the business in having critical employee conversations; providing feedback for improvement, employee retention and so on.Key Qualifications:- Education: Any Graduate, MBA is preferable- Experience: 4-8 years of experience.- Experience handling blue collared manpower.- Languages: English and Hindi.Interested?If this role sounds like you, then apply with us You have plenty of room for growth at i D.
