We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a strong focus on CSM, OM, and data migration to join our dynamic team.Why You’ll Love This Role- Work on cutting-edge ServiceNow initiatives that shape enterprise processes.- Collaborate with global experts in a fast-paced, innovative environment.- Enjoy the flexibility of a remote role with long-term stability.What You’ll Do- Drive data migration from external tools to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.- Partner with SMEs to define data mappings and functional requirements.- Provide best-practice guidance on CSM/OM data models and their impact on processes.- Manage large-scale data extractions and transformations into ServiceNow formats.- Handle all data objects within CSM/OM processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts).What We’re Looking For- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.- Strong knowledge of:- CSM (Case Management, CSM Portal)- Order Management (ServiceNow or similar tools)- ServiceNow Platform & CSDM- Data Mapping, Data Models, API Integration- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile SCRUM, and large transformation projects.- Bonus: Experience with CSM/OM best practices and impact analysis.
