The opportunity:

As a Salesforce DevOps Engineer, you will be passionate and focused on building high quality CI/CD solutions on Salesforce platform. You will present an adaptive, free-thinking, and quality focused mindset and approach to problems. You will work alongside a dedicated Salesforce Team, to collaborate on specifications based, validate the proposals, and deliver the CI/CD pipeline.

Your skills and experience:

The confidence to express ideas as part of the Engineering teamA proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing code into best practiceSelf-starter, with a neutral enthusiasm and desire to learnComfortable working as a team, as well as independently3 years of related Salesforce experience in a development capability2 years Salesforce Release ManagementPackage and deploy custom configuration and codeWorked on multiple projects with Salesforce products/platformExperience with implementing CI/CD pipelines using solution such as Copado, Flosum, Autorabit, Git, Azure DevOps or JenkinsGood understanding of Source Control ManagementExperience with DataLoaderExperience with maintaining and managing Salesforce SandboxUnderstand SFDX CLIExperience and understanding Quality Gate processExperience and understanding Security of the CI/CD process

Qualification and other requirements:Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or Salesforce Lifecycle and Deployment ArchitectureEnjoy problem-solving and be logicalEnjoy and thrive working in a diverse teamEnjoy engaging with other members of the teamBe able to take responsibility for a piece of work from start to finish

Responsibility:

You will create, automate, and implement/improve processes related to the releasing of Salesforce applicationsYou will be collaborating with development teams, ensuring they follow DevOps procedures and best practicesYou will manage change control process. Manage production backups, sandbox refreshes and continuously improve release processesYou will plan and govern best practices for release lifecycle including version controls, branching and code mergesEstablish and enforce CI/CD best DevOps practicesYou will handle development lifecycle management of the Salesforce applications, from developing solutions through to testing, code reviews and releases using CI/CD pipelinesYou will maintain a security conscious mindset and adhere to best practices and team standards
