The role involves liaising with law enforcement on active cases, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely and compliant responses.You will collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams, analyse cases to identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to minimize fraud exposure.Key Responsibilities:● Liaise with cybercell and other law enforcement agencies on active cases.● Manage disputes, fraud, and chargebacks end-to-end.● Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely, compliant responses.● Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.● Analyze cases to identify gaps and recommend process improvements to reduce fraud exposure.Requirements:5–6 years of experience in Cybercell or other law enforcement agencies, handling active cases, disputes, fraud, and chargebacks end-to-endQualification:Any Graduate/Post GraduateEmployee Benefits:● Health Insurance: We offer comprehensive health insurance coverage to ensure our employees have access to quality healthcare● Hybrid Work Model: Embracing flexibility, we offer a hybrid work model where employees can enjoy the best of both worlds.
