Job Description: ServiceNow IT Service Management Specialist Location: Thane Experience:

2+ years

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new functionalities and enhancements.
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
  • Perform system administration tasks including user management, access control, and system configuration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements for optimization.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features to provide recommendations for system upgrades.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow certification in ITSM.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
