Role Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Machine Learning Engineer with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP), and developing chatbots. They should also be proficient in model deployment, integrating payment gateways, and have expertise in NLP techniques.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Model Development: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models, particularly in NLP, for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Chatbot Development: Build and deploy chatbots using NLP techniques and frameworks.
  • Payment Gateway Integration: Integrate payment gateways into chatbot platforms, such as WhatsApp, for seamless transactions.
  • Data Processing: Collect, preprocess, and manage datasets for training and evaluating machine learning models.
  • Feature Engineering: Identify and engineer relevant features for machine learning models, collaborating with domain experts to incorporate domain knowledge.
  • Model Training and Evaluation: Train models and evaluate their performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques.
  • Deployment: Deploy machine learning models and chatbots into production environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Integration: Work with engineering teams to integrate machine learning models, chatbots, and payment gateways into existing systems and workflows.
  • Model Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize models based on performance metrics and business goals.
  • Documentation: Document methodologies, algorithms, and code to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
  • Best Practices: Contribute to the development of best practices in data science, NLP, chatbot development, and payment gateway integration.


Qualifications :

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in machine learning or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
  • Knowledge of NLP techniques and frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, and Hugging Face.
  • Experience in chatbot development using NLP.
  • Understanding of payment gateway integration into chatbot platforms.
  • Understanding of data processing and ETL techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying models.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Basic knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of edge computing and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI techniques.
