Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience. The perfect candidate will have a solid background in constructing and implementing machine learning models, specifically in areas like Natural Language Processing (NLP) and chatbot development. Proficiency in model deployment, payment gateway integration, and expertise in NLP methodologies are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Design, create, and execute machine learning models, particularly in NLP, for predictive and prescriptive analysis.
  • Chatbot Development: Construct and launch chatbots utilizing NLP methods and frameworks.
  • Payment Gateway Integration: Merge payment gateways into chatbot platforms for smooth transactions, such as WhatsApp.
  • Data Processing: Gather, preprocess, and organize datasets for machine learning model training and assessment.
  • Feature Engineering: Recognize and develop pertinent features for machine learning models, collaborating with industry experts to integrate domain expertise.
  • Model Training and Evaluation: Train models and assess performance using suitable metrics and validation methods.
  • Deployment: Release machine learning models and chatbots into operational environments, ensuring scalability and effectiveness.
  • Integration: Collaborate with engineering teams to combine machine learning models, chatbots, and payment gateways into current systems and processes.
  • Model Optimization: Constantly enhance and refine models according to performance metrics and business objectives.
  • Documentation: Document methodologies, algorithms, and code for reproducibility and knowledge exchange.
  • Best Practices: Contribute to the establishment of industry best practices in data science, NLP, chatbot development, and payment gateway integration.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or relevant fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in machine learning or related areas.
  • Technical Proficiencies:
  • Ability in languages like Python and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
  • Understanding of NLP techniques and frameworks like NLTK, spaCy, and Hugging Face.
  • Experience in NLP-based chatbot development.
  • Knowledge of integrating payment gateways into chatbot platforms.
  • Familiarity with data processing and ETL techniques.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for model deployment.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
  • Basic understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
  • Working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and time management.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and adopt new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
  • Expertise in edge computing and optimization strategies.
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI methods.
