We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager with a background in advertising industries. This role requires a proactive leader who prioritizes client satisfaction, drives team performance, and fosters strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of client needs, particularly within the BFCI sector, and have a creative, client-first approach that enhances campaign performance and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships with an emphasis on understanding their objectives within the financial and advertising industries. Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication. Lead client closure processes, secure loyalty, and follow up to ensure consistent client success.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic client success plans that align client goals with company objectives.
Identify growth opportunities within the advertising industry and create actionable strategies to enhance value.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused advertising campaigns and services.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
Mentor and lead a team of client service professionals, fostering a high-performance and creative culture.
Set monthly targets for the team, provide performance feedback, and coach them on best practices for client management. Encourage innovative problem-solving within the team and continuous development in advertising strategies.
Campaign and Objective Management:
Oversee planning and execution of client advertising campaigns with a focus on meeting or exceeding key objectives.
Monitor KPIs and report campaign performance to stakeholders, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with client goals.
Performance Management:
Implement structured performance management practices for the team, including regular reviews and goal setting.
Track team metrics, campaign efficiency, and client satisfaction to drive improvements in service quality.
Professional and Proactive Approach:
Demonstrate professionalism, innovation, and client-centricity in all client interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in both the financial and advertising spaces.
Actively seek creative ways to optimize team performance and client outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in client success, with experience in the advertising industry.
Skills: Leadership, team management, strategic planning, and exceptional communication skills.
Attributes: Proactive, professional, creative, and focused on client success.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
