Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive at our advertising agency, you will play a pivotal role in executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads for our clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging content and visuals for campaigns.

Content Creation and Optimization:

  • Create compelling and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Segment email lists and personalize content for targeted audiences.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

SEO and SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on campaign progress, addressing inquiries, and offering strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and tailor digital marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing firm.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
