- Monitor inventory turnover and aging to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and take necessary actions.

- Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely replenishment and delivery of merchandise.

- Curate product assortments for each season or collection, considering factors like style, colour, size, and price points.

- Work closely with designers to ensure assortments reflect current fashion trends and align with brand aesthetics.

- Conduct regular reviews of assortment performance and make adjustments as needed to maximize sales and profitability.

- Coordinate production and follow up with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor production planning and execution to achieve timely deliveries.
