Nafees Jaipur is a prestigious fine jewelry brand from Jaipur, India, celebrated for its couture gemstone jewelry that combines bold color, exceptional craftsmanship, and artistic heritage inspired by Jaipur’s vibrant hues, as well as Rajput and Mughal traditions. With a strong foothold in the Middle East, including boutique in Doha, we are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to deepen our brand’s presence in this high-growth region.
Position Overview
The International Sales Manager – Middle East will lead our expansion strategy across key Middle Eastern luxury markets. This role is responsible for nurturing relationships with multi-designer boutiques, luxury retailers, and high-profile clientele across the region. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the luxury jewelry market in the Middle East and the ability to drive sales through strategic partnerships and market-specific insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for the Middle East, aligned with Nafees Jaipur’s growth objectives and regional market demands.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new opportunities in the Middle East, focusing on partnerships with luxury boutiques and designer stores.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, luxury boutiques, and key accounts, delivering top-notch service and personalized support.
- Exhibition Representation: Represent Nafees Jaipur at prestigious Middle Eastern jewelry shows, including DJWE, Jewellery Arabia, and Saudi Luxury Week.
- Revenue Goals: Drive revenue growth, consistently meet and exceed sales targets, and manage budgets effectively within the Middle Eastern market.
- Brand Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that Nafees Jaipur’s brand message resonates and is cohesive across Middle Eastern markets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the creative and design teams to remain updated on collections, unique pieces, and popular designs to showcase to Middle Eastern buyers.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands specific to the Middle East, providing valuable insights to refine product offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales with a focus on the Middle Eastern luxury jewelry or high-end fashion sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Regional Expertise: Deep knowledge of Middle Eastern luxury markets, with an understanding of local luxury buying behaviors and preferences.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing relationships with high-profile clients.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently within the Middle East as required.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Strong appreciation for cultural nuances in the Middle East, with a customer-centric approach to luxury sales.
