Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for our luxury farmhouse project in Noida. The candidate should have hands-on site experience and expertise in coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems installation at the site.
  • Review MEP drawings and ensure proper execution as per design and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor material requirements, verify contractor bills, and ensure cost control.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality, safety, and timely progress.
  • Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
  • Prepare daily work progress reports and update the project team regularly.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems in high-end residential / farmhouse projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
  • Hands-on experience in vendor and contractor management.
  • Problem-solving and on-site troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic MS Office tools.
