Job Title: Logistics Manager - D2C
Summary: Your job will involve managing the day-to-day logistics operations of the D2C vertical, including but not limited to overseeing e-commerce activities, building and maintaining relationships with logistics partners, coordinating with internal operations and warehouse stakeholders, and ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. You will be responsible for reconciling accounts and preparing MIS reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. In addition, you may be tasked with developing and implementing new strategies to optimize operations and enhance the overall customer experience. You will need to bring a deep understanding of the e-commerce business and relevant past experience to ensure that the D2C vertical runs smoothly and continues to grow and thrive in a competitive marketplace.
Location: Bangalore (in-office)
Responsibilities:
Achieve KPIs for RTO, Return & Exchange.
Primary focus is on 3PL management, transport performance and monthly closing of invoices.
Ensuring smooth logistics operations by co-coordinating with partners.
Supervising stakeholders to maintain allocations, dispatches and clearing pendencies SLA
Achieve & maintain TAT for pickup and deliveries
Achieve and maintain cost caps.
Skills & Experience:
2-5 years of relevant experience in an e-commerce operations role.
Sound knowledge of Order management system such as Shopify, Increff, Unicommerce, Clickpost etc.
Understanding of Ecommerce Logistics Operations. Previous experience with top Indian 3PLs preferred.
Monthly 3PL invoice closing experience preferred.
Customer-centric mindset with enthusiasm to enhance customer experience.
