Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Intelligence Specialist at Silverpush in Gurugram. The role is to build & lead a new function of Insights, providing marketing analytics for clients & business intelligence dashboards. This role requires a blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, strategic vision, and leadership abilities.
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Design and develop scalable dashboards in Looker Studio for advertising campaigns & internal metrics, ensuring data accuracy and visual clarity.
- Monitor ongoing campaign data, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for optimization.
- Lead and manage a team of junior analysts and interns, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
- Work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in various BI tools especially Looker Studio and digital analytics.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Dashboarding skills
- Proven experience (5+ years) creating insights and reports
- Proficiency in Looker Studio
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
