 We have an opening for a full-time Assistant Team Coordinator  

Job Brief:

The Assistant Team Coordinator will assist the Team Coordinator and department managers with daily administrative tasks, project coordination, and team support. This role is crucial in helping to maintain a productive and cohesive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.

    • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the team.

    • Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical.

  • Revenue Management:

    • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion of revenue management initiatives.

    • Ensuring seamless coordination and communication within the team, assisting with data analysis, and supporting the implementation of revenue optimization strategies.

  • Project Coordination:

    • Help plan, execute, and monitor team projects to ensure timely completion.

    • Coordinate with team members to track project progress and update timelines.

    • Prepare project reports and presentations for team meetings.

    • Task Management - Check employees to ensure they are completing their tasks according to assigned deadlines and have regular follow-ups.

  • Team Support:

    • Act as a point of contact for team members regarding administrative issues.

    • Facilitate internal communication and collaboration among team members.

    • Assist in onboarding new team members and providing necessary training materials.

  • Resource Management:

    • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and functional.

    • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.

    • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.

  • Event Coordination:

    • Organize and coordinate team events, meetings, and training sessions.

    • Arrange logistics for offsite events, including travel and accommodations.

    • Assist with the preparation of event materials and follow-up activities.

  • Other Duties:

    • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

    • Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed.

 Working Hours

Monday through Friday- 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM

 Training:  BFG will provide the necessary training for your required job responsibilities.

  Remuneration       INR 15000 Per Monthly 
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or HR

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
