We rae looking for a Person to recruit, train, measure, empowermand inspire our existing and future enployees to enhance the production to supply the quality products to our valued customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager HR and Admin at Boxer Apparels Pvt. Ltd., located in Chalakkudy. The Manager HR and Admin will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. They will manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves handling administrative tasks such as office management, vendor coordination, and maintaining office facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration Understanding of labor laws and compliance Strong organizational and office management skills Vendor coordination and facilities management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Five Years experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry is a plus
