Role:The candidate will be responsible for the growth of ASMPT SMT business in the South Asia countries (South India and Sri Lanka).
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic sales plan to expand company's customer base and ensure its strong presence- Develop new accounts and manage channel partners independently to increase customer base and revenue- Engage customers proactively and build a long-term customer relationship- Promote ASMPT SMT brand awareness with significant impact on customer experience- Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with individual/team/organizational goals- Responsible for equipment configuration and proposals preparation
Requirements:
- MBA/Degree in Engineering or related discipline- Minimum of 10 years‘ of experience, preferably in the Capital Equipment Sales and Marketing- Knowledge in SMT and/or Factory software solutions and/or Semicon (Advanced Packaging) industry- Minimum of 10 years‘ of SMT machines and technological knowledge of Printing and Placement Product Portfolio /Processes- Have a well-established network with the SMT industry in South Asia countries- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Effective negotiation skills- Results & quality oriented- Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment- Able and willing to travel extensively locally and internationally
Work Location: India, Chennai
