Roles & Responsibilities

 Assist in all process documentation of the HCLTech Grant, organising the regional workshops on dissemination and ensure a countrywide coverage.

 Deliver high quality content on various aspects of the Grant and coordinate with the subject matter experts

 Co-create strategies, outcomes and impact frameworks with NGO Partners

 Conduct meaningful conversations with all HCLTech Grant recipient NGOs that validate their results framework for review and action

 Engage with the finance and accounts teams of the HCLTech Grant NGO recipients to understand and monitor/assess their existing operating level and provide constructive feedback

 Support the program team across all grant portfolios during various phases of grant life cycle (initial phase of grant application, evaluation of grant budget proposal, actual fund utilization reporting, closure of partnership)

 Organize & support hosting convergence meetings for all HCLTech Grant NGO recipients

 Comprehend, assess and evaluate the quarterly progress reports and annual program & financial reports submitted by the NGOs to analyze the progress and share relevant information/ case studies with the team

 Conduct field visits for evaluation of shortlisted NGO applicants

 Assist in all stages of conducting periodic external impact assessments of the HCLTech Grant supported projects

Attributes and Experience:

 3-5 years of experience in project cycle management, in development sector – experience in the field of Health/Education/Environment is desirable.

 Rich experience of working with NGOs, managing budgets, review and analyze programmatic reports, participatory programming and management.

 A go-getter approach in engaging internal and external stakeholders through innovative, action-oriented communication

 In-depth knowledge of the Grant/Development funding landscape of the country, the state specific policies and the schemes and willingness to learn more and execute

 Ability to deliver on time, independently, to work with a range of stakeholders, including ability to perform in a corporate environment and present the work at various forums.

4  Experience of managing complex and time-sensitive processes.

 Good communication skills

 Flexible, self-motivating, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and team player. Ability to learn and work independently.

 Excellent management and organizational skills along with strong quantitative skills.

 Must also have the ability to work well under pressure and deliver within required deadlines, often in a fast-paced work environment.

 Open to frequent travel to difficult geographies Qualifications and Skills:

 Masters in Rural Development, Public Policy & Governance; Development Management, Social Works, Health Management, Environmental Studies, and Education related fields, Social Developmental PR and Communications, Child Development or allied areas.

 Experience in Project & Program Management  Strong Research, Analytical, Documentation, Communication & IT skills
