About ISRN:
The Indian Social Responsibility Network (ISRN) is a Not-For-Profit multi-dimensional facilitation network, established in July 2014, in the domain for Sustainable Development in India. This common platform was needed to synergize the Corporate, Grassroots organizations and the Government to establish as a network to ensure inclusive and sustainable growth to reach all facets of community with utmost efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
- The Program Manager - Civil/WASH Construction will be responsible to ensure the effective implementation of project activities

Civil / Wash Construction

1. Construction BoQ (Bill of Quantity) estimation of new works and existing structure repairs,

2. Facilitation & supervision of works and repairs,

3. Quality assurance of construction and repair etc. for drinking water supply, storage & access, toilet, hand wash stations in schools & Anganwadi, and improvement of schools and Anganwadis etc.

4. Maintain Stock inventory of new furniture/systems/installation of key components by taking support from the Program Officer in the field.

5. Regular visits to Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh

Program Activities

Plans, develops, implements, and coordinates project(s) or program(s).

Designs and implements systems to assess, collect, maintain, and analyze data; generates interim progress reports, final reports, evaluation, and other information related to project(s) or program(s).

Establishes and implements short
- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement.

Directs, manages, and oversees the daily administrative components of program(s)/project(s).

Designs, establishes, and maintains staffing and an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the program/project function; recruits, employs, trains, supervises, and evaluates program/project staff.

Develops and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain records for the operating unit.

Performs community liaison and outreach activities for program(s)/project(s).

**Education Qualification**:
1. Post-graduate in Social Work/ Civil Construction with 3-5 years of experience in the similar capacity would be preferred.

2. Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.

3. Effective leadership skills and a problem-solving ability

5. Passion to make a change.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
