Technical Skills:
Social Media Marketing & Advertising:  Proficient in social media marketing and advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Content Creation:  Skilled in creating engaging content (text, image, video) using relevant editing software.
Social Media Analytics:  Comfortable using social media analytics tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite Insights to track performance and measure success.
Social Commerce Platforms:  Understands the functionalities and features of social commerce platforms like Instagram Shops and Facebook Shops.
Community Management (Optional):  May require experience with community management tools like Facebook Groups or online forums, depending on the role.
CRM Software:  Proficient in using CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Online Sales Platforms (Optional):  Familiarity with online sales platforms like chatbots or live chat software, depending on the company's sales channels.
